Instructions for filling up the Online form

1. This is an electronic application form for Kidz Gyan International School. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to ensure its successful submission. Fill in all the required fields carefully
2. The application process consists of two steps:
  Step 1: Filling up the Application Form (fields marked * are mandatory)
  Step 2: Payment of the Application fee.
3. Before beginning the application process, please keep clear passport-size photo of student.
4. Your credit card/debit card/other banking details. The cost of Application Form is INR 500/-. The form shall be considered for further admission process only after successful payment of Application Fee.
5. Ensure a stable internet connection while filling out the application form.
6. After filling the Application Form, please check all the details and spellings and click on the “Agree” button and proceed for online submission of non-refundable registration fee.
7. Immediately after payment, a registration certificate will be generated and sent via email. The pdf of the filled form will be available on the application form page. Please download the filled application form and save it for further reference.

IMPORTANT:

1. You will not receive any email if the transaction fails. Please retry.
2. Keep the copy of the filled application form and acknowledgement slip for future reference.
3. No change will be entertained by the school in case of an incorrect entry.
4. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
5. Do not use special characters like”! etc. while filling the form or in the file name of the attachments.
6. Submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission.
7. Admission to Class XI is provisional and is subject to the candidate scoring at least 75% in aggregate in Class X Board examination.
8. Please do not call at the school reception to seek further information. All important information will be uploaded on the portal periodically.
