1. Attendance Policy

• Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time.
• Absence without prior information will be considered unexcused.
• Three late arrivals in a month will be marked as a half-day leave.
• Parents should inform the class teacher or office regarding any planned leave in advance.

2. Uniform Policy

• Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and completely every day.
• Hair must be tidy; nails should be trimmed.
• On special days, instructions regarding dress code will be informed separately.

3. Discipline Policy

• Respect towards teachers, staff, peers, and school property is mandatory.
• Bullying, use of abusive language, or physical violence is strictly prohibited.
• Any indiscipline will lead to warnings, counselling, and necessary disciplinary action.

4. Homework & Assignment Policy

• Homework must be submitted on the assigned date.
• Repeated failure to complete assignments will be informed to parents and may affect academic grades.

5. Mobile Phone Policy

• Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones or electronic gadgets to school.
• If found, the device will be confiscated and returned only to parents after a written undertaking.

6. Examination & Assessment Policy

• Students must appear for all assessments as scheduled.
• In case of illness during exams, a medical certificate must be submitted.
• No re-exam will be conducted except under genuine and approved reasons.

7. Fee Payment Policy

• Fees must be paid as per the schedule shared by the accounts department.
• Late fee payment will attract a fine as per school rules.
• Students with outstanding dues may be restricted from appearing in examinations.

8. Health & Safety Policy

• Parents must inform the school of any medical condition or allergy of their child.
• Students are not allowed to bring medicines without written instructions from parents.
• The school maintains first aid facilities and follows all safety protocols during activities and outings.

9. Leave Policy for Teachers

• Teachers should apply for leave in advance except in emergency cases.
• Uninformed leave will be treated as absence and necessary deductions will be applied.
• Three late arrivals will be calculated as half-day leave.

10. Parent Interaction Policy

• Parents are encouraged to attend PTMs (Parent Teacher Meetings) regularly.
• For any concern, parents may take prior appointments to meet teachers or school management during visiting hours.
